Overview​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Aluminum-silicon carbide carbon bricks use high-alumina bauxite clinker or corundum as the aggregate, combined with a specific ratio of silicon carbide and carbon materials, shaped and dried using special techniques. This product integrates the high-temperature stability of high-alumina materials with the high strength and erosion resistance of silicon carbide, making it widely applicable in hot metal ladles, torpedo ladles, and other high-temperature furnace linings. Through years of close cooperation with major steel mills, we continuously optimize the formulation of aluminium-silicon carbide carbon bricks to enhance product quality and service life, meeting the demands of wear resistance, erosion resistance, and high-temperature stability in steelmaking processes.

  Through years of deep collaboration with major steel manufacturers, our magnesia carbon bricks, and aluminium-silicon carbide carbon bricks have gained wide recognition in international markets, helping customers achieve significant cost reductions and efficiency improvements. Our company has established close partnerships with three large-scale steel enterprises, each with an annual production capacity exceeding 10 million tons, becoming their key or preferred supplier.

  To meet customers' demands for other high-performance refractory materials, we leverage our extensive supply chain and logistics management expertise to actively participate in customers' blast furnace and hot blast stove overhaul projects. Additionally, we provide high-quality consumables for blast furnace operations, including tap hole clay and trough materials.
