Aluminium-Silicon Carbide Carbon Brick
Advantages
High strength Thermal shock resistance: ASCC bricks can withstand extreme thermal shock cycles Abrasion resistance: ASCC bricks are resistant to abrasion and slag corrosion Oxidation and corrosion resistance Good thermal conductivity High-temperature strength

Overview
Aluminum-silicon carbide carbon bricks use high-alumina bauxite clinker or corundum as the aggregate, combined with a specific ratio of silicon carbide and carbon materials, shaped and dried using special techniques. This product integrates the high-temperature stability of high-alumina materials with the high strength and erosion resistance of silicon carbide, making it widely applicable in hot metal ladles, torpedo ladles, and other high-temperature furnace linings. Through years of close cooperation with major steel mills, we continuously optimize the formulation of aluminium-silicon carbide carbon bricks to enhance product quality and service life, meeting the demands of wear resistance, erosion resistance, and high-temperature stability in steelmaking processes.
